Design packages are one-time purchases processed by Waffo Pancake. If your purchase or delivery does not work as described, contact hello@tattoodesigngenerator.app with your checkout email and receipt reference. Do not send card or bank details.
Tattoo design generator refund policy: support
When a generation attempt fails, its allowance is returned so you can try again. If your code is missing, check your checkout email and spam folder or use code recovery. Contact support if you still cannot access your purchase.
Refund requests
Contact support with the receipt reference and reason for your request. We will review the circumstances and work with the merchant of record where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law. Please include the approximate purchase date and describe what happened so we can locate your order and understand the issue. We will respond using the contact address you provide.
